The National Council Licensure Examination, also known as NCLEX, is an exam which is usually used by nurses, in the United States of America, who want to earn a license. This exam is divided in two parts: the NCLEX-RN ( used by the nurses who are registered) and the NCLEX-PN ( for the practical ones).
The NCLEX-RN test is in the main part designed in the multiple choice style. Actually, in the last years, it has changed a bit, and they have added questions which are not involving multiple choice. For example,you may be required to identify some area of a body-part, or calculate some answer for some math problems.
